We have 2 and-a-bit staff and a cozy sized office. We believe that by minimising our overheads, we are able to keep our service personal, fees reasonable and the quality of our work high.
Who are we?
Hello, my name is Russell Ince and I founded Waxcrayon Design back in 2006 after growing despondent with the daily grind of my 9 ’til 5 job.
Having honed my skills in the international publishing industry, I wanted to achieve the “Good Life” (Yes, like Tom and Barbara) so ditched the notion of a monthly salary in favour of embarking on an adventure into creative business, gardening and attempted self-sufficiency!
Now I am lucky enough to have a job and life that I love. I get to come up with creative concepts for clients and then turn those ideas into good-looking designs! When I’m not conjuring magic at my desk (working) I can normally be found tending my immense veg patch.
It is important to note that it’s not all about me, as Waxcrayon would not be able to function without Claire who takes care of the day-to-day running of the business and affords me more time to be creative. And there’s also Mike who we call upon from time-to-time to help out with the more complicated coding for web design projects.

However, don’t think our sustainable outlook limits us! Our client base stretches across the UK and as far afield as the USA, France, Norway and Holland.
